An Air Force service member for over 20 years, Tony has litigated federal civil and criminal cases, and has argued important issues of constitutional law before military and civilian appellate courts.  His research and writing have focused on constitutional law, as well as military and national policy.  He teaches several undergraduate legal courses, and has published and practiced in the area of military policy, including the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law.  He also writes a monthly column for homeschoolers.  This site provides details about his professional activities, a sampling of his writings, and information on his historical fiction series, The Chronicles of Xan.
