Tony and his family have been homeschooling for over a decade in five different states, due to the realities of military life.  He has published law review and magazine articles regarding the legal issues that impact homeschooling, and has been a conference speaker.  He also writes on matters of legal interest to homeschoolers in The Old Schoolhouse magazine, in his monthly column, "Legally Speaking."
