Tony speaks and writes on substantive due process issues, including the legal tension between the "right to life" and the "right to choose."  Congress and the States have scrambled to consider a variety of laws related to abortion, such as the Partial Birth Abortion Ban and fetal pain legislation.  But these laws face significant obstacles in the courts.
